■ 効果
- 以下で紹介するChatGPT (GPT-3.5) のプロンプトは、英語での対話を通じて、英語の学術的な語彙の使い方を教えてくれます。
- 利用者はChatGPTにいくらでも質問を追加することができます。その結果、その語彙の使い方だけでなく、関連する文法・語法について学ぶことができます。
- 英語でのやり取りを続ける中で英語を使うノウハウが増し、英語学習が促進するだけでなく英語使用が楽しくなり、自分の能力拡張につながります。
■ 想定するユーザー
- 大学生程度のある程度の英語語彙力をもち、ChatGPTと英語でやり取りができる人。フォーマルで学術的な文体の英語を書けるようになりたいと願っている人。
■ 注意点
- ChatGPTは時折おかしなことを言いますので、その際には質問してください。
- ただしChatGPTは人間が強い口調で反論すると、不必要に謝罪をする可能性があります。ChatGPTに尋ねる時は、"Why is A wrong?" などと直接的に聞くより、"Can you please explain the difference between A and B?"などと間接的に聞くことをお勧めします。
- このプロンプトは ChatGPT (GPT-3.5) 上で作成しました。もちろんGPT-4の方が、より高性能です。可能でしたらGPT-4の使用を推奨します。BingやClaudeでも作動しますが、BardやPerplexityでは誤作動します。
■ 手順
1) 下のプロンプトをコピーして、ChatGPTの画面に貼り付けてください。
2) 後は、ChatGPTの指示にしたがって、対話してください。学びたい語や添削・改訂して欲しい文は " " の中に入れることをお勧めします。
■ 入力方法
- 推奨：語を正確・適切に使いこなすためには、タイプ入力でChatGPTとやり取りすることをお勧めします。タイプ入力ですときちんと推敲した英文を入力できますから、正確な単語学習がやりやすくなります。
- 学びのテンポを早くしたいなら、英語音声でChatGPTと対話することもいいでしょう。スピーキングとリスニングの訓練にもなります。下の記事を読んで、パソコンにVoice Control for ChatGPTをインストールしてください。

1. Ask what word your student wants to learn to use and wait for your student's response. Do not tell your role as an instructor.
